We are located only a few miles from  Highway 27 north of Spring City, Tennessee just off of Watts Bar Lake.  Very close to public boat ramps and not very far from restaurants and shopping in Spring City.  Very quiet neighborhood.  We offer Cable and Internet service through Spring City Cable.  Full hookups - Electric - Septic - Water - Cable.  Level Lots just ready for you to park and relax a while.  Perfect place for TVA workers to live considering the location.  We are constantly trying to make enhancements to the grounds.  We have a Bonfire area and plenty of room to walk your pets.

We are one of the only RV Parks around that has a septic system that is equipped to handle the Winter Months and our Water Main is deeper in the ground than most as well.
